Place the tape measure about 2cm above your eyebrows, passing it just above your ears and around the back of your neck.

Make sure the measuring tool is in a horizontal position and resting well on your head, without exerting excessive pressure. Note the measurement in centimeters.

You can also opt for the smaller size if you prefer a snug fit (racing style) or for the larger one if you want greater comfort (touring/urban style).
