Alternatively: a piece of string or paper tape, which can then be transferred to a ruler or rigid tape measure.

Place the tape measure about 2cm above your eyebrows, passing it just above your ears and around the back of your neck.

Make sure the measuring tool is in a horizontal position and resting well on your head, without exerting excessive pressure. Note the measurement in centimeters.

If you are undecided between two sizes, it is generally advisable to choose the smaller one, as the internal foam padding of the helmet will settle over time, ensuring a more comfortable fit after a few uses. You can also opt for the smaller size if you prefer a snug fit (racing style) or for the larger one if you want greater comfort (touring/urban style).
