How does the purchase of the commemorative helmet work?

Why is number #1 not available?
Nolan and Carlos Checa have decided to allocate number #1 for a charity auction through the company Memento Exclusives. The proceeds, after deducting auction management costs, will be donated to the Ángel Nieto Foundation, which, in collaboration with the Aspar Team, is raising funds to support the Valencian Community.
